Internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of a first floor library, located within an occupied university campus.

Following a series of successful projects for the University of Westminster, we were pleased to be awarded another internal refurbishment at their central London campus. This project focused on the refurbishment of the first-floor library within their busy Marylebone site. The scope included a new layout, bespoke joinery, new flooring, updated lighting, and full redecoration.

The project was completed on a fast-track programme within a live university environment. To ensure the safety of students, staff, and the public, strict traffic management plans were implemented and closely monitored throughout. All works were carefully coordinated to minimise disruption while achieving a high-quality finish within the programme timeframe.
