Fast-track refurbishment and remodelling of an existing office building; completed for a premium analytical instrument provider.
Located on the Capability Green Business Park in Luton, the newly developed office facility includes a specialist calibration laboratory and multi-purpose lab space complete with fume cupboard and gas connections, which support a wide range of technical processes.
The reconfigured office space now features customer meeting rooms, a dispatch and service workshop area, open-plan offices, breakout spaces, and a large meeting room equipped with a folding wall.
A substantial portion of the project involved mechanical and electrical installations, such as heat recovery units, ductwork, fire dampers, and LEV systems. The newly remodelled, high-specification building now more than doubles the size of the company’s previous premises, merging two former offices into one two-storey facility.
