At the heart of the Borras management system is a Project Quality and Inspection Plan specifically prepared for each project. It’s a works instruction manual which defines the operational procedures that will be implemented during the contract and the procedures for the maintenance and administration of the quality system.
The plan determines the inspection and monitoring regimes required to ensure that the delivery of the product is entirely as specified and in strict adherence to Building Regulations, British Standards and Codes of Practice.
Our ISO 9001 management procedures are audited for effectiveness twice a year by the British Standards Institute.
