Welcoming new talent to Borras
Encouraging new talent into our industry is essential – not only for students but also for us as employers, as it gives us early insight into the next generation of skilled professionals.
With this in mind, we are delighted to welcome Alfie to Borras for his 45-day T Level industry placement. Currently studying at Harlow College, Alfie will gain valuable experience both in the office and on-site, applying his newly acquired skills in a real-world setting.
T Levels focus on vocational skills, with students spending 80% of their time in the classroom and 20% in industry placements, ensuring they develop the practical knowledge required by employers. Upon completion, T Levels provide a pathway to skilled employment, higher education, or apprenticeships.
We warmly welcome Alfie to the team and look forward to supporting him in his career journey.
