Set over the ground and first floors of a residential development, this BREEAM 'Excellent' accredited project comprised the fit-out of an 800m2 vacant space to provide a state-of-the-art healthcare hub.

The healthcare hub was developed to support the Canary Wharf Group’s residential community, and houses consulting, examination, and treatment rooms, staff and patient welfare facilities, administration areas, meeting rooms, circulation spaces, and a plant room.

Key works included extensive mechanical and electrical installations, internal partitions and ceilings, screeds and access floors, and hygienic finishes. The project also featured a comprehensive joinery package, with bespoke timber panelling in reception and circulation areas and integrated medical furniture. Liaison with Canary Wharf Construction and the residents above ensured minimal disruption throughout.

Designed for agility and connectivity, the centre delivers modern, responsive healthcare services and achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. Promoting wellbeing was central to the design, using natural materials, warm textures, and abundant daylight to create a calming environment. The team followed DQI for Health and BREEAM standards at each stage to ensure sustainability, flexibility, and efficiency in both design and delivery.
