Built on a previously unused brownfield site, this thoughtfully designed development features homes set back from the road, each with private gardens, generous open-plan living areas, and dedicated off-street parking positioned beside the properties. The development comprises one five-bedroom home, one three-bedroom home, and five four-bedroom homes. All are finished to an exceptional standard, featuring contemporary fitted kitchen/breakfast rooms, sleek tiled bathrooms, and stylish master en-suites.
Located on a busy road leading to additional residential areas, the project team prioritised minimising disruption to neighboring residents. To avoid the significant inconvenience of a full road closure, the use of a crane was ruled out. Instead, alternative construction methods were adopted. A materials lift was utilized during the build, particularly for the installation of the timber roof structures, allowing construction to proceed efficiently while maintaining access and consideration for the surrounding community.
