Each of the five new homes were completed with external landscaping and modern interiors. High-quality furnishings were installed throughout, including fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and private garden spaces were created for each property, complete with individual sheds.
At Alcott Close, a fully wheelchair-accessible one-bedroom bungalow was constructed, featuring a mezzanine-level carer’s room, a driveway, and a carport. A two-bedroom detached house was built on Lancing Road, finished with rendered walls and a tiled hipped roof. On Viola Avenue, a garage was demolished to make way for a new two-storey, four-bedroom house with off-street parking.
De Havilland Road saw the erection of a two-unit dwelling, comprising a two-bedroom, three-person wheelchair-accessible flat on the ground floor and a one-bedroom, two-person flat on the first floor, both with associated amenity space. On Windsor Road, a one-bedroom wheelchair-accessible end-of-terrace bungalow was constructed to complete the development.
