Sustainable construction of 16 affordable, two and three bedroom homes set within five blocks.

This sustainable development involved the construction of 16 affordable brick-faced houses. The project included the provision of all incoming services, as well as comprehensive hard landscaping, including dedicated tenant and public car parking areas. Soft landscaping was also completed, enhancing the overall environment with thoughtful external works such as drainage, street lighting, and biodiversity improvements. A wildflower meadow was created at the rear of the site to support local ecology.

As part of our commitment to the community, we also provided three sheds and three new allotments for local residents to enjoy. Carried out within a busy residential area, the project demanded a strong focus on health and safety, with all works completed in strict accordance with the programme to minimise disruption and ensure timely delivery.
