Our colleagues are our most valuable asset, and we prioritise their training and development so each individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential as construction professionals. Borras Construction holds Investors in People accreditation, and is a Director Member of Construction Training (Beds and Herts) Ltd.

We provide induction programmes, mentoring, and qualification pathways for all new colleagues, including:

  • Opportunities of up to a 5-year university course
  • A chosen apprenticeship path in construction management including Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management or Estimating
  • Paid college and university fees, alleviating any potential student debt
  • On-the-job training and support throughout
  • Competitive salaries

We believe that investing in the training and development of the next generation is essential for the growth and success of the individual, our company and the construction industry as a whole.

On-the-job learning provides individuals with essential hands-on training and relevant experience in the construction industry, in addition to receiving valuable mentoring and support from experienced professionals in the field.
