Established 30 years ago, NOAH Enterprise (New Opportunities and Horizons) is a Luton-based charity working across Bedfordshire, offering hope and support to people struggling against homelessness and exclusion and to those with complex needs who have nowhere else to turn.
Our CSR Co-Ordinator identified that we could support this amazing charity by providing off-cuts of wood and materials from our sites to be used in the workshop by the participants to transform into birdboxes, bug hotels and bat boxes.
Today we saw first-hand the fruits of their labour, with a number of their fantastic creations arriving at the office ready to be donated to local schools and also sold in order to raise money for this worthy cause.
This has proven a great way to both help support an invaluable community charity, in addition to recycling wood, and we think you’ll agree, the end product is fantastic!
