We relocate to 3 College Street in St Albans and over the next decade are joined by a number of experienced and expert directors
We complete our first ‘Decent Homes Standard’ project and successfully deliver our first £1million contract
We’re on the move again, to 31 Sutton Road, St Albans
We significantly increase the amount of Social Housing contracts completed
We choose a new look Borras logo
We establish our Special Works Division which continues to play a large part in the business to this day
Our turnover exceeds £10million
We move to Salar House, St Albans, our first company owned Head Office
First ISO accreditation achieved – ISO:9002
The Borras Group Holdings Limited is formed
We create the London Division, key to our growth and success
Our largest project to date: Phase 2 Hounslow Heath Junior School (£9million)
