The transformation of a developer-provided shell and core across the ground, first, and second floors into a fully operational health centre for local residents.
Following the success of our previous NHS Property Services project at Goodmans Fields, we were pleased to once again collaborate with AECOM — this time to deliver this comprehensive fit-out.
The fit-out included the creation of treatment and consultation rooms, offices, meeting areas, and associated administrative spaces. Key elements of the works included the installation of a new steel staircase, structural alterations, a rooftop plant enclosure with acoustic screening, and the installation of a lift. Specialist systems, including nurse call facilities, were also fitted, along with a bespoke joinery reception desk.
With the site surrounded by occupied apartments, we engaged with the local community through pre-works newsletters and a dedicated noticeboard on the hoarding to keep residents informed of ongoing developments.
