Located on a busy road leading to additional residential areas, the project team prioritised minimising disruption to neighboring residents. To avoid the significant inconvenience of a full road closure, the use of a crane was ruled out. Instead, alternative construction methods were adopted. A materials lift was utilized during the build, particularly for the installation of the timber roof structures, allowing construction to proceed efficiently while maintaining access and consideration for the surrounding community.
