Transformative project set over 14 hectares land, forming an activity park complete with skate ramps, play equipment and a café.

Oxhey Activity Park was designed to provide a vibrant outdoor space for families, offering a range of facilities suitable for all ages. Initial works focused on extensive ground preparation for ramps and the development of the Tasty Bean Café.

Surrounding the café are diverse skate park features, including ramps for skateboards, bikes and scooters — catering to everyone from beginners to experienced riders. The park also includes toddler and junior play areas, table tennis, cycling routes, and scenic picnic spots for family outings. A wildflower meadow was introduced to support local biodiversity.

Careful planning ensured thoughtful placement of each facility to promote respectful park use. The café is conveniently located near the play areas, allowing families to relax with food and drinks while children play nearby, creating an inclusive and engaging environment for all visitors.

Winner of the Building Futures – Special Landscape Project of the Year Award.
